Noted by [email protected] (euroswiss) · 420 reads
A country-by-country checklist tracks Europa 2025 archaeological discovery stamps, with release dates, quantities, formats and face values.

Europa 2025 brings together a wide-ranging stamp programme under the theme “National Archaeological Discoveries.” The checklist spans single stamps, pairs, larger sets and souvenir-sheets, with issues scheduled from February through August 2025 and one Albania entry dated October 2026. For collectors building a country-by-country record, the key details are the stated issue dates, formats and face values.

The programme’s formats vary considerably. Some postal administrations list one stamp, while others present two-stamp combinations or souvenir-sheets containing one, two or four stamps. Several entries are described by postal value categories rather than a fixed price, including Europe, national, international and tariff values. Those distinctions make the list useful as a planning reference, though collectors should retain each administration’s original denomination wording when cataloguing an issue.

San Marino opens the listed schedule on 11.02.2025 with one stamp valued at 2.45 €. Liechtenstein follows on 01.04.2025, issuing two stamps at 1.90 CHF each. Later dates and catalogue notes
Two later 2025 entries appear in the list. Kazakhstan is dated 17.06.2025 and has one souvenir-sheet of two stamps at 1'800.- KZT each. Ukraine is listed for 15.08.2025 with one stamp at A value. Albania appears separately with a 05.10.2026 date: four stamps at 90.-, 150.-, 200.- and 250.- ALL, plus one souvenir-sheet at 450.- ALL. Since that date falls in 2026, it stands apart from the 2025 release schedule and is marked “NEW” in the source listing.
The source records no 2025 issue from Belarus, Great-Britain or Russia. It also invites collectors to share information about Europa 2025 releases. For checklist use, keep the issue date, issuing postal administration, number of stamps, sheet format and denomination together; that makes it easier to distinguish similar theme entries and to update the record as further details emerge.
